No-Show / Late Cancellation Policy

• Reminder texts are sent 72 hours before every appointment via StyleSeat. There will be no penalty for a client’s first missed appointment as a courtesy but after that I will have to charge 50% of the appointment cost if it is cancelled less than 24 hours in advance.

• No call/no shows will be charged the full amount of what was booked. In the case of emergency I will make exceptions but these fees are put in place to protect me and my business so I appreciate your understanding :)
